Overhead Crane C-hook
The C-hook is an industrial lifting device specifically designed for the horizontal transport of coiled materials, such as steel, aluminum, and copper coils. Shaped like the letter "C," it utilizes a structural design to achieve automatic center-of-gravity balancing and is widely used in the steel, logistics, manufacturing, and warehousing sectors.
Working Principle: Based on the principle of lever balance, the device operates by inserting the hook into the inner bore of the coil. Under the lifting force of the crane, a counterweight offsets the moment difference between the device's own weight and the load, ensuring stable horizontal transport while preventing off-center loading and tipping.
Applications:
*Steel Production: Coil transfer within steel mills, linking tempering lines, and automated production line integration.
*Warehousing and Logistics: Multi-level stacking in large warehouses, rapid storage and retrieval, and container loading/unloading.
*Ports and Terminals: High-frequency operations in humid, salt-spray environments, features multi-layer anti-rust treatment.
*Manufacturing and Construction: Lifting heavy steel plates, concrete beams, and other structural components, enhancing efficiency in high-altitude operations.
