Product

YZ double girder overhead crane is the main equipment of steelmaking and continuous casting process. It is mainly used for lifting and transporting liquid steel ladle.

The overall structure can be divided into double girder double track, four girders four tracks, and four girders six tracks. The first two are generally used for large lifting capacity crane, and the third one is generally used for super large lifting capacity crane.

The following functions can be available if required:

1)Rotary lifting device; 2) the gantry hook distance can be changed; 3) load weighing and display.

Main Girder

With strong box type and standard camber, there have reinforcement plate inside the main girder. Material of high quality carbon steel Q235B and Q345B.

End carriage

Use rectangular tube manufacturing module, butter motor drive, with roller bearings and lubrication.

Trolley

It is with heavy capacity and high working class. It is developed specifically for lifting that requires accurate and smooth movement.

Wheel

Equipped with high quality forged or casting wheel, which will have be heat treated to ensure wheels’ performance.

Lifting device

The beam body is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, high strength, high temperature resistance;

The hook body is spliced by steel plate, and the rivet is pressed by the forged hammer, stronger and safer than the traditional welding rivet; while the hook body can be free to rotate

Operation ways

Pendant control, remote control and/or cabin control.

Cabin

The cabin has open model and closed model. It can be installed on left or right side according to the practical situation. And the direction of entering has two ways: sideway entrance and end surface entrance to satisfy the users' choice in different conditions.
